It was horrible!!!!!!!!! First we did not get the door security code, we got no Phone Number and the Door Key did not work, The person on the Phone told us the wring apartment number, and we tried like an hour, after that we wanted to take a taxi to the office that is far away( and by the way they are horribly rude and do not care) The hotel room as we finally entered after 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was horrible.The floor was still dirrty from other people, the beds smelled like pee. And the sofa was supposed to be a bed was broken and all covered in stains and stank. We didnt even wanted to touch it, sleeping on it was impossible since it was broken. And the shower was too small to even turn or shower without flooding the whole tiny bathroom. And there was a huge introduduction on all the fees. 50 euro loosing a key. 15 euro wanting a towel change more often than 5 days!!!!being too loud a fee and wanting more than 3 toilet paper a fee. Not bringing out ur own garbage a fee and so on. It was such a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They even wanted the credit card information again. And until now they booked it 3 times from my credit card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE AND SUCH A SCAM. and eventhough its close to barceloneta and the beach. not worth the money. and the tv didnt work. the beds stank and were 1 meter the sofa was no own bed and broken but counted as one!!!!!!

NO Balcony, as advertised, apartment 6th floor without elevator, water running to the floor in the shower, all around construction. Coming to the apartment on 2 day, we found out that they had changed the key to the apartment, because they could'nt not charge deposit €150 from the credidt card. We had fully paid the amount! They left oss behind the door, all our things, ingluding passports in the apartment!!!! You should take down this apartment from Booked.net...
